Mulyadi heads up Pepper Advantage Indonesia, which is the fastest-growing and most comprehensive global servicer in the country. He and his teams manage numerous asset classes, including payday, BNPL, motorcycle, car, mortgage and SME commercial loans.

Pepper Advantage’s capabilities are unique in the region – there is no other servicer in the country with comparable global intelligence-led capabilities, or the capacity to manage so many asset classes and accommodate those demographics with unmet financial needs.

Before joining Pepper Advantage in June 2021, Mulyadi accrued more than 20 years’ experience in financial institutions, predominantly through retail and SME lending, working at SMBC, GE Consumer Finance, ABN AMRO Bank, Bank Danamon, and PT Indosurya Finance.

Mulyadi has special expertise in business and product development, credit management, as well as strong people skills. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Manitoba, and a Master of Technology from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.
