Anna has been working in the finance sector for more than 20 years. Since joining Pepper Advantage in April 2022, she has taken on responsibility for the financial direction of the entire business, overseeing teams across all nine jurisdictions.

Narinder is responsible for all technology solutions across Pepper Advantage and is focused on providing alignment and leadership across all our jurisdictions, to ensure we deliver high-quality solutions for our technology and cyber-related activity.
Tavona is in charge of making credit investments in support of Pepper Advantage’s servicing activities across all its jurisdictions, ensuring that investment are made in line with a coherent strategy for capital consumption.
Clive is responsible for the development and growth of Pepper Advantage’s global BPO centres. The Pepper Advantage Hub provides a one-stop-shop for clients and businesses to grow their teams and operations remotely.
Sinead joined Pepper Advantage in 2021 and is responsible for the strategic enhancement of data and analytics across all business units.
Jerry has worked with Pepper Advantage since September 2013, and serves as the highest-ranking figure of legal authority across all jurisdictions.
Holly is responsible for delivering the people strategy that aligns to the company priorities and ensuring the right people are in the right roles in order to drive both business and individual growth.
Jo’s key role is to support the business and maintain a clear, strategic vision for growth and value creation by driving a customer-first culture and enhancing the brand globally.
Juan is responsible for developing the Spanish branch of the business, as well as leading due diligence and advisory activities, and managing relationships with Pepper Advantage’s Spanish clients.
Carlos is responsible for running Pepper Advantage’s operations in Spain and leading all servicing structures, including in the real estate, litigation, customer service and collection sectors.
Cormac leads the Pepper Advantage Ireland executive team, sits on the Ireland Board of Directors, and is responsible for all aspects of the Irish business.
As operations and business development lead at Pepper Advantage Greece, Thomas is at the forefront of providing real estate management solutions across one of Europe’s largest territories.
A recent recruit to Pepper Advantage, Toshi is responsible for all group company activities in Japan, including servicing, lending and strategy consultancy.
