Lisa Odendaal

Lisa leads Internal Audit across the Pepper Group, sitting on the Group Executive Committee and providing independent assurance and constructive challenge to the Board and management.

With nearly 30 years in financial services spanning internal audit, risk and governance across the UK, Europe and the Middle East, Lisa joins from OSB Group, where she spent ten years as Group Chief Internal Auditor, building the function from scratch and guiding it through major growth and regulatory change, including OSB's combination with Charter Court Financial Services. Before joining OSB Group, Lisa built her career across a number of leading financial services organisations, including Grant Thornton, Man Group, Morgan Stanley and HSBC.
