Women in Finance Charter Results

Pepper Advantage UK is committed to improving gender balance in senior management and supporting the principles of the HM Treasury Women in Finance Charter. Our target is to achieve 50% female representation in senior management by July 2027. As of July 2026, female representation in our senior management population was 47.2%, representing 17 women out of a total senior management population of 36.

We are currently on track to meet our future target. Female representation in senior management has increased by 10.5 percentage points year-on-year, from 36.7% in 2025 to 47.2% in 2026. This progress reflects our continued focus on strengthening the leadership pipeline, supporting inclusive succession planning, and enabling flexible working practices that help retain and develop senior female talent.
