## What we do

 

As part of our bespoke credit investment strategy, we invest in portfolios both on a co-invest and on a residual, tail-trade basis and also provide a breadth of service that covers the full lifecycle of the loan from origination to arrears management, from asset valuation to asset monetisation.

## Acquiring residual assets

For more than ten years, Pepper Advantage has been investing in portfolios both on a co-invest and on a residual, tail-trade basis, underwriting, assessing, and managing our own principal positions.

We carry out loan file due diligence and legal reviews of documentation. We also cover pay rate, asset leakage and other loan analytics.

Pepper Advantage carries out desktop and drive-by valuations of residential and commercial real estate assets, as well as non-real-estate collaterals.
