Martin Frazer

Martin has been with Pepper Advantage since 2012. As Group COO, he is the executive lead on all major projects and operational activities. He has a strong track record in business development, client relationship management, operations, marketing, PR, and all aspects of mortgage lending and third-party mortgage administration.

Martin has more than 30 years’ experience in the UK financial services industry, covering both the mutual and commercial sectors. He has held board appointments at leading building societies as well as executive positions at servicers HML and Acenden. Specialties include building and developing profitable corporate relationships, delivering tangible results in sales, operations and third-party servicing, and creating top-quality teams.
