Holly is responsible for delivering the people strategy that aligns to the company priorities and ensuring the right people are in the right roles in order to drive both business and individual growth. She is experienced at delivering business impact through people strategy and fostering high performing talent and inclusive teams to propel companies to meet their vision and growth targets.

Holly is a Human Resources professional with more than 10 years’ experience working across international companies in both the financial and technology sectors. She joined Pepper Advantage in August 2023 as Director of People. Prior to that, she was Director of People for Shutterstock in their Global Technology division and held senior roles at Crown Agents Bank and Jupiter Asset Management.
