Karen Chen

Karen joined Pepper Advantage in 2015 and is responsible for the financial services business of Pepper Advantage in China, and for looking after Pepper Advantage’s investments throughout Greater China.

With over 30 years’ experience in financial services, covering consumer finance, corporate finance, banking operations and investment management, Karen has a deep knowledge of Chinese systems throughout the sector.

Prior to joining Pepper Advantage, Karen was a Senior Advisor at the Shanghai Rural Commercial Bank, Head of Retail Banking for ANZ Bank China, and General Manager for HSBC at the Guangzhou and Xiamen branches.
