Fraser was part of the small team that originally started Pepper Advantage back in 2012. Today, he has full responsibility for business performance across all Pepper Advantage operations. He also leads the development and implementation of wider corporate strategy and manages key client relationships. 

 

As a global credit intelligence provider operating out of nine jurisdictions, Pepper Advantage manages US$55 billion in assets under management. It brings its deep credit management and investment experience, access to a huge array of structured and unstructured data, and leading suite of proprietary technologies to the way it manages credit assets on behalf of all its clients. 

 

Since its establishment, Fraser has been at the forefront of Pepper Advantage’s transformation into a leading data and analytics-directed company, working with his team to develop world-class systems to enable clients to exceed their business goals, while creating intelligence-led insights for all stakeholders.

A New Zealander by birth, prior to Pepper Advantage Fraser was at global investment management firms CP2 Limited and Oakwood Global Finance. He has a PHD in Economic Geography from the University of Oxford, and an Advanced Management Certificate from Institut Européen d’Administration des Affaires (INSEAD).
