Pepper Advantage Appoints Matthew Wye to lead UK Credit Management Business

Aaron Milburn appointed Managing Director, Credit Access, as firm strengthens client relationships 

LONDON – 05 August 2026Pepper Advantage, an international credit management and technology company, today announced the appointment of Matthew Wye as Chief Executive Officer, Pepper Advantage UK, effective October 2026, subject to regulatory approval. He will lead the company's expanding credit management operations, including the mortgage servicing business acquired from Computershare earlier this year.

Matthew will bring over 20 years of credit and financial services experience to the role, joining from Metro Bank, where he currently serves as Managing Director of Future Bank Delivery. His previous roles include Director of Lending Operations and Head of Lending and Securities at Metro Bank, and he has held senior positions at Crown Mortgage Management and Barclays Bank. Throughout his career, Matthew has built a strong track record in credit management, with particular expertise in operational management, digital banking, and client service.

With Matthew’s arrival, Pepper Advantage UK will continue to grow its credit management capabilities across the full credit lifecycle. The company will focus on bringing on board new client portfolios; embedding PRISM, its proprietary credit technology platform, across operations; and improving operational efficiency and service delivery as it further integrates the mortgage servicing business acquired from Computershare.

Aaron Milburn, current CEO of Pepper Advantage UK, will step into a new role as Managing Director of Credit Access, where he will lead business development and growing client relationships. He and Matthew will work closely together to expand Pepper Advantage’s new business, focusing on expanding opportunities for clients that leverage the company’s wider UK infrastructure.
