Vaibhav has been with Pepper since January 2022 working with onshore and offshore Investors to make profitable investments and realise value.

 

Vaibhav previously worked as a VP for Kotak Mahindra Bank, Zonal Head for Indusind Bank and as a VP for Yes Bank in India. With more than 15 years of experience in investments for stressed/special situations, financial restructuring and risk management, Vaibhav has a demonstrated track record of identifying funding opportunities across sectors within the mid-market and SME space and in valuation of assets, structuring and achieving exits.

 

Vaibhav has a breadth of experience which provides a strong base to progress Pepper’s Credit Investments business forward, both in India and beyond.
