Tracy Davies

Tracy leads the People and Culture function globally across Pepper Advantage. Her responsibilities include setting strategy and direction and overseeing HR best practice to enable a high-performance culture throughout the business.

Tracy is an accomplished HR leader with over 25 years of strategic and operational expertise, supported by a proven ability to build and implement innovative people initiatives and to align HR with the business. Her industry experience includes technology, financial services, consulting, media and publishing, in both corporate and start-up environments.

Prior to joining Pepper in January 2021, Tracy held senior HR roles with NMG Group, Informa, Smiths Detection and MoneySmart, as well as running her own HR consultancy in Singapore.
