Toshinari (Toshi) Asano

A recent recruit to Pepper Advantage, Toshi is responsible for all group company activities in Japan, including servicing, lending and strategy consultancy.


Pepper Advantage Japan’s clients include commercial and regional banks, licensed servicers, domestic investors, distressed funds and investment banks. Toshi and his team also manage investments in non-performing loans purchased from financial institutions.

 

Before joining Pepper Advantage in January 2021, Toshi worked for a number of US risk management firms, including Kroll, Nardello & Co and Blackpeak. Prior to that he was at Lehman Brothers.
