Cormac Ryan

Cormac leads the Pepper Ireland executive team, sits on the Ireland Board of Directors, and is responsible for all aspects of the Irish business. He’s at the heart of developing Ireland’s short- and long-term strategic directions, setting corporate objectives, policies and procedures, creating and implementing the business plan and achieving targeted profitability.

Cormac was appointed CEO and ED of Pepper Ireland in October 2017. He has 25 years of international financial services experience in Ireland, the UK and the US, and returned to Ireland in 2014 after nearly two decades abroad.

Prior to Pepper Advantage, Cormac was COO at RBS Capital Resolution Ireland, and he has a background in management consultancy having worked for professional services company Accenture for nearly ten years.
